We are looking for an SAP MM Consultant with AMS experience to join our team and support a global corporate client from Colombia.

You will be responsible for providing functional support for the SAP MM module within an AMS model, handling service requests, resolving incidents, and ensuring system stability and continuous improvement for a North-Amercia based client.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve tickets and incidents related to the SAP MM module within established SLAs
  • Perform configuration adjustments and minor changes based on business requirements
  • Analyze, document, and escalate incidents as needed
  • Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis) for solution implementation
  • Participate in testing and validation of system changes
  • Propose improvements to support processes and module usage
  • Maintain up-to-date functional documentation

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP MM Consultant
  • Proven experience in AMS / Application Management Services (mandatory)
  • Advanced English – direct communication with a North America-based client
  • Experience working in the consulting industry
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, or similar)

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) – strong plus
  • Previous experience with international clients or in North America
