Location: Monterrey, México

What You’ll Do
We are seeking Event Strategy & Management Specialists to support the planning and execution of virtual and hybrid events. This role focuses on event setup, technical management, live event support, and post-event reporting across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support planning and execution of virtual and hybrid events from setup through live delivery
2. Configure and manage events using platforms such as Zoom, ON24, and Microsoft Teams
3. Coordinate speaker preparation, rehearsals, and presentation logistics
4. Manage live event operations including screen sharing, Q&A, polling, and troubleshooting
5. Compile post-event reporting and analytics, including attendee metrics and engagement insights
6. Ensure events follow established processes, timelines, and quality standards
7. Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure event requirements are met.
Your work will directly impact driving Adoption & Consumption across SAP's Solution Adoption Areas. You will interact directly with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
