They serve the insurance, healthcare, banking, capital markets, utilities, retail and e-commerce, travel, transportation and logistics industries.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW:

• Collaborate with SAP FPSL/MDG specialists and developers to diagnose, design, and develop innovative solutions to address complex financial products sub-ledger and reporting challenges.
• Experience in SAP FPSL/MDG configuration and customization, with hands-on experience in implementing SAP FPSL/MDG functionalities to meet business requirements.
• Analyze structured and unstructured financial data to solve specific questions and problems related to financial products and reporting processes.
• Track record in SAP tools and technologies like SAP Cloud and Hana, and also advanced analytics techniques for financial analysis.
• Good knowledge of SAP integration technologies like SAP APIs or SAP HANA, ABAP, or SAP Analytics Cloud
• Deliver industry best practices and create documentation, tutorials, and presentations based on stakeholder requirements.
• Work closely with the client team to establish relationships with stakeholders, identify new opportunities, and areas of growth in SAP FPSL/MDG implementations.
• Provide project management, client management, and team management for SAP FPSL/MDG implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of issues.
• Brainstorm on pain areas, identify reasons for issues, and provide technical direction to resolve inefficiencies in current financial processes.
• Provide technical guidance to project team members across SAP FPSL/MDG configuration, data modeling, visualization, and reporting in projects related to financial products sub-ledger management.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in mathematics, computer science/engineering, finance/accounting or related areas; candidates with BA/S degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply
• 4+ years experience in SAP FPSL or MDG
• Experience in SAP tools and technologies and hands-on experience in SAP HANA, ABAP, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Relevant experience in configuring and customizing SAP FPSL functionalities to meet business requirements, including but not limited to financial products sub-ledger management and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex financial data within the context of SAP FPSL
• Strong track record of achievement, solid analytical ability, and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to work
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in fast pace continuously evolving environment and ready to take up uphill challenges
• Able to understand cross-cultural differences and can work with clients across the globe
