Responsibilities:

• Work with all sites globally (Germany, Ireland, China, Costa Rica & USA) in a timely manner.

• Perform Sanction Party List (SPL) screening against relevant country lists.

• Perform German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) evaluation to new suppliers.

• Manage the global customer creation, update, and deletion process in SAP.

• Manage the global supplier creation, update, and deletion process in SAP.

• Manage the global employee creation, update, and deletion process in SAP.

• Develop and perform monthly Master Data metrics.

• Performs customs activities such as country-of-origin qualifications, audits and maintains accurate compliance records.

• Classification (HTS assignation) of materials., finished goods, equipment, and tooling.

• Develop and maintains company trade data in SAP and/or other systems and tools.

• Coordinate with internal teams and brokers to ensure shipments meet regulatory and company requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, International Trade, or related field.

• Required fluent English (C1) with excellent verbal and written skills at (85%).

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products and familiarity with multiple database applications is preferred.

• Strong team member able to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment.

• Intermediate working knowledge of SAP.
