
1. Serve as the primary expert in Technical and Functional SAP Marketing / SAP Marketing Cloud.
2. Provide comprehensive support to internal marketing teams, assisting with key tasks.
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and strategies.
4. Strong experience in supporting marketing teams with segmentation, target group creation, and content building. Should have experience on the following aspects of SAP Marketing Cloud:
5. Business Roles and Authorizations
6. Data Modeling using Business Application Studio
7. Exposure to Marketing Extensibility, Segmentation Configuration
8. Deep knowledge in Interaction Contacts, Segmentations, Campaigns, Interactions, Products , Offers and other Marketing functionalities
9. Custom Fields and Custom Logic implementation
10. Data import and export
11. Scores, Rule-Based Scores, Extensibility of Rule-Based Scores
12. Content Studio Features
13. Integration capability with SAP and non-SAP third party systems
14. Communication user, Communication system and communication arrangement setup
15 Setting up Email and SMS service provider like Amazon Ses, SAP email server.
