SAP Manager Sr | Hybrid | MTY o CDMX

We are looking for experienced SAP Managers and Senior SAP Managers with 5 to 15+ years of experience to join a global consulting team working on high-impact supply chain transformation projects.

This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA solutions while collaborating with international teams and driving business innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP implementation and transformation projects
• Design and optimize supply chain processes using SAP solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams
• Define project scope, roadmap, and solution architecture
• Guide stakeholders and business users in system adoption
• Identify process improvement and digital transformation opportunities

Technical Skills Required:

• For Managers: A minimum of 5+ years of experience leading SAP MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM, and/or IBP implementation and migration teams is required.
• For Senior Managers: A minimum of 10+ years of experience leading SAP MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM, and/or IBP
• implementation and migration teams is required.
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP or Ariba
• Expertise in at least one module: MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM, IBP
• Project management experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes.
• English Advanced Levels C1–C2, face to client experience to delivery presentations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• Master’s degree (nice to have)
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Location & Schedule:

• Hybrid role in Mexico City (Polanco) or Monterrey (Santa María)
• Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
