In this role as SAP Lead Global Payroll & Time Management, you ensure stable, compliant end‑to‑end Payroll and Time Management solutions through hands‑on operational leadership, system optimization, and implementation, while providing clear governance aligned with the global HR roadmap.

What you bring
University degree in Information Technology, HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; additional certifications (e.g. SAP, Project Management) are an advantage
Proven experience in global Payroll/Payroll Outsourcing and Time Management operations within complex, international environments,
Strong expertise in SAP Payroll (SAP HCM and/or EC Payroll) and SAP SuccessFactors Time Management
Demonstrated experience leading global HR technology projects and system integrations
Solid background in vendor governance, contract management, and international stakeholder management
Ongoing professional development in HR technology, payroll compliance, or program management is an advantage
Fluent in English, German is an advantage. Willingness to travel 10%
