SAP Key User - Logistics

Location: Tetla, Tlaxcala, Mexico.

What are your main tasks?

• Ensure that the SAP system operates efficiently.
• Resolve staff doubts and correct errors in the SAP system.
• Training new employees and giving refresher courses.
• Test SAP enhancements or upgrades to avoid failures.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and all required logistical information.
• Keep customer demand up to date.
• Keep the KPIs of the area within the objective.
• Management of Customer Portals

What are your qualifications?

• Knowledge of SAP Logistics Modules (MM, SD, PP, WM).
• Transaction mastery.
• Registration of users.
• Customer Service, Cliente Premium.
• Certification in the different APICS modules (Desirable).
• Teamwork and effective communication.
• High sense of urgency.
• Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Bachelor of Business Administration, International Trade and/or related.
• Results-oriented, customer-oriented, communication skills, teamwork.
• English (Able to establish a business conversation).
