What You’ll Build
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Project scope and deliverables
In this role, you will design and implement AI-driven automation solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Product Owners, Project Managers, Development Managers, and Scrum Masters.

About the Team & Environment
You will join a highly innovative, fast-paced team operating at the intersection of AI, automation, and product operations within SAP Customer Support. The team combines engineering, product thinking, and AI expertise to deliver real, measurable impact through automation and intelligent workflows.
The environment is collaborative, agile, and outcome-driven, where ideas are quickly translated into prototypes and scaled solutions. You will work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Development Managers, and AI specialists in a cross-functional setup, contributing to real enterprise use cases from day one.
We value individuals who are hands-on, curious, and proactive, with a strong interest in building and experimenting. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems end-to-end, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and takes ownership of delivering tangible results.
This position offers strong exposure to cutting-edge AI applications, including prompt engineering, workflow automation, and agent-based systems, while also developing core technical skills in Python, APIs, and data handling. You will gain visibility into strategic AI initiatives and have the opportunity to contribute to solutions that scale across the organization.
