What you’ll build
We are seeking a Senior Product Management Specialist (GTM & Customer Success Process and Tools) to join our Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) IT Team to drive Post-Merger-Integration programs as Workstream Lead and Subject Matter Expert for GTM & Customer Success Migration. Within our global team of experts, you will take responsibility to drive the Post-Merger-Integration of the companies that SAP acquires and with that significantly contribute to our strategy evolution in harmonizing Demand Generation, Deal Execution & Customer Success Processes.
This role primarily acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the customer facing processes, providing deep functional expertise throughout the transformation.
Together with other SAP business process experts, you will lead and execute As-Is and Fit-to-Standard workshops, translate business requirements into functional and technical designs, and ensure alignment with SAP best practices for your process area.
You will take responsibility for the Marketing, GTM & Customer Success integration workstream, including work planning, status reporting, risk and dependency management, and stakeholder alignment.
In addition, you will actively support testing activities, data migration validation, cut-over preparation, and post go-live hypercare, ensuring a stable and high-quality solution for the customer support business process area.

We lead M&A IT projects and programs from strategy to execution. Committed to success and based on SAP standards and products, we innovate and enhance our methods and tools for efficiency and business growth. We are a great team of Project Managers, M&A Subject Matter Experts (technical & functional), and Architects. Our Mergers & Acquisition IT CoE Team is based in several locations in Europe and US.
