We are seeking a seasoned SAP IS Retail Consultant to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our SAP implementation and support team, you will leverage your extensive experience in SAP IS Retail to drive successful project outcomes and provide ongoing support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in SAP IS Retail implementation projects, including gathering requirements, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Provide expert guidance and support in the areas of merchandise management, supply chain, sales, and distribution within the SAP IS Retail module.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Perform system configurations and customizations to meet business requirements.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and project teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP IS Retail functionality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SAP IS Retail and retail industry processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience working with SAP IS Retail, including multiple full lifecycle implementations.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP IS Retail modules such as SAP Retail Master Data, SAP Retail Purchasing, SAP Retail Sales, and SAP Retail Pricing.
- Strong understanding of retail industry processes and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Retail is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is a plus.
