Now Hiring: SAP IBP Solution Architect (Dubai)

Are you a seasoned SAP IBP expert ready to lead the way in demand planning excellence?

We're looking for a talented and passionate SAP IBP Solution Architect to join our growing team in Dubai! In this permanent role, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our demand planning architecture using SAP IBP.

What you'll do:

• Lead project delivery and partner teams to deploy SAP IBP Demand Planning capabilities (Sensing/S&OE/S&OP) across all business units.
• Provide techno-functional thought leadership in the area of demand planning.
• Partner with business value excellence teams to define new demand planning processes and deliver all process-related deliverables, including governance.
• Lead the development of the technical architecture encompassing infrastructure, networking, applications, integration, and more.
• Manage teams of external vendors to deliver demand planning solutions.
• Ensure adherence to internal support models, technology standards, and continuous solution improvement.

You're a perfect fit if you have:

• A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 7-10 years of related D&T business experience.
• In-depth knowledge and experience of Demand Planning (S&OE, S&OP) and its linkage to Supply and Inventory Planning.
• Minimum of 2 implementations as a track lead in SAP IBP or similar tools (i2/JDA/Blue Yonder/Kinaxis/O9/OMP).
• Template solution knowledge and governance experience.
• The ability to resolve complex issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Strong management skills to develop and cultivate talent.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and budget management.
• Top-notch analytical, IT architecture, planning, and organizational skills.
