
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates payroll processes and user needs for Human Resources, and payroll issues for various business units. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, performs system configuration, and formulates solutions for SAP HCM payroll. Employs expertise in a wide variety of concepts, practices, and procedures including: accounting, budgeting, capital asset management, expense management, capital improvements, audit, HR, and Payroll. Performs duties in a safe, efficient manner and in compliance with all applicable rules and safety procedures.
Salary Rate: $99,100 - $130,100
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum of six (6) years experience in relevant process analysis. Advanced experience with standard office software, diagramming software, processes and tools such as SAP Payroll, BSI Tax Factory, SAP ABAP, LSMW, SAP Adhoc Query, SAP InfoSet Management, Java, Webdynpro for Java/ABAP Microsoft SQL Server – Transact SQL
Must be able to apply advanced technical understanding to complex technical solutions. Strong knowledge of project management best practices. Excellent customer service and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to quantify and communicate impact of new technology to the business units; and to facilitate the presentation of ideas and recommendations. Understanding of complex data models and relational databases. ERP or other related certifications preferred, i.e. SAP Certified Application Associate, SAP HR Certification, etc.
