Our client is currently hiring a SAP Integration Suite Developer to join their amazing team

What you'll do:
  • Actively participate in and lead areas of SAP design, implementation, and consulting projects
  • Plan, execute, and/or autonomously coordinate activities required to deliver the various agreed outputs within a project or project stream
  • Translate business requirements into development requirements for high-quality, technically robust, and scalable solutions, following best practices
  • Participate in the different phases of implementation projects, from design/explore through to post-go-live support
  • Manage daily relationships with the client and the project team, responsibly and in line with the defined scope of work
  • Manage the project plan and related activities

Requirements: 
  • Experience with SAP Integration Suite applied to SuccessFactors: integrations with downstream HCM and non-HCM systems, OData v2 and Compound Employee, Payroll and Time scenarios, Infoporter, BIB, Data Migration
  • 2+ years of experience designing, building, and operating integrations for SF EC, ECP, RMK, and RCM with payroll systems, time tracking systems, ERP, IAM, ATS, and local or cloud-based payroll solutions
  • Experience with file and API patterns: SFTP, HTTPS, REST, SOAP, CSV, JSON, XML, XSLT, Groovy, mappings, and validations
  • Ability to autonomously plan, execute, and coordinate project deliverables
  • Strong capability to translate business requirements into robust and scalable integrations, following SuccessFactors and Integration Suite best practices
  • Daily stakeholder and team management, with clear communication and a strong focus on SLAs
  • Strong analytical skills for end-to-end troubleshooting and continuous improvement
Nice to have:
  • Experience with Data Migration for SF EC and ECP, including load templates and cutover strategies
  • Knowledge of EC Payroll with BIB, Infoporter, and hybrid integrations with SAP HCM on-prem
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting in Integration Suite, SAP Cloud ALM, automated testing, and CI/CD
