As a SAP HCM Payroll - Senior Associate you will support SAP Human Capital consulting efforts focused on payroll, client requirements, solution implementation, and training that help organizations streamline human resources processes and connect business application capabilities to operational goals within our Digital Core Modernisation practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client relationships, and mentor junior team members while navigating changing priorities and developing your own technical skills and personal brand. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to SAP HCM payroll activities, apply critical thinking to break down challenges, and use data, methodologies, and feedback to develop practical deliverables that support client needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing SAP HCM payroll requirements and translating client needs into workable configuration and support tasks
• Supporting payroll process design, testing, deployment, and post go-live issue resolution across SAP HCM environments
• Interpreting payroll results, identifying variances, and tracing data issues across time, pay elements, and employee records
• Coordinating workstreams for payroll configuration, integration touchpoints, and data validation activities
• Preparing functional documentation, process maps, and test scripts that support implementation and enhancement efforts
• Reviewing payroll controls, compliance requirements, and system changes to validate accurate processing and reporting
• Guiding junior team members through assigned tasks, issue tracking, and deliverable preparation
• Building client relationships by responding to questions, explaining technical findings, and adapting recommendations to changing business needs

What You Must Have

• Oral and written proficiency in English required
