Requirements

We are seeking an experienced
SAP HCM Consultant
specializing in
Time Management
with hands-on expertise in
PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules)
and
Schemas
. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, preferably with exposure to
Canada Payroll
or broader
HCM modules
, and experience in
Application Management Support (AMS)
environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Configure, maintain, and enhance
  SAP Time Management
  functionalities including
  PCRs, Schemas, Work Schedules, and Time Evaluation
  .

• 
  Analyze, design, and implement solutions for
  time-related business requirements
  .

• 
  Support payroll integrations, particularly for
  Canada Payroll
  (good to have).

• 
  Collaborate with business users to identify system issues, propose improvements, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• 
  Perform
  defect analysis, testing, and validation
  using tools like
  HP ALM, JIRA
  , or equivalent.

• 
  Prepare detailed
  functional specifications
  , documentation, and test scripts.

• 
  Manage tickets and incidents efficiently in an
  AMS support environment
  , ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.

• 
  Work closely with cross-functional teams for
  system upgrades, patch applications, and change requests (PCRs)
  .

• 
  Participate in knowledge transfer, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 
  Minimum 6 years
  of experience in
  SAP HCM Time Management
  .

• 
  Strong expertise in
  writing and customizing PCRs and Schemas
  .

• 
  Experience in
  AMS (Application Maintenance & Support)
  projects.

• 
  Familiarity with
  testing tools
  like
  HP ALM
  and
  JIRA
  .

• 
  Excellent
  communication and stakeholder management
  skills.

• 
  Strong
  time management and analytical
  abilities.

• 
  Immediate availability
  or short notice preferred.

Good to Have:

• 
  Exposure to
  Canada Payroll
  configuration and processing.

• 
  Experience in
  other SAP HCM modules
  such as
  PA (Personnel Administration)
  or
  OM (Organizational Management)
  .

  Knowledge of
