Project: TRS HR Solutions Digitalization and Control 2026
Responsibilities:
- Analysis and optimization of HR and payroll processes within SAP HCM to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Configuration and implementation of payroll solutions, including retroactive payroll and expatriate payroll calculations
- Support for custom developments, collaborating closely with ABAP developers to ensure business requirements are met
- Participation in testing activities, including unit testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to validate system functionality
- Support for go-live preparation and execution, including cut-over activities and transition management
- Preparation of comprehensive documentation, training materials, and providing ongoing end-user support to ensure smooth adoption of new processes
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM / Payroll implementation and support
Participation in at least 1–2 SAP projects of similar scope and complexity
Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll and HR master data (e.g., infotypes 0008, 0016, 1002, 9005)
Experience with complex payroll processes, including retroactive and expatriate payroll calculations
Familiarity with local legal payroll reporting requirements (e.g., JOPPD)
Experience in testing activities, including unit testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, international project environmentPreferred:
Prior experience with expatriate payroll in international assignments
Basic knowledge of ABAP development for SAP HCM
Experience with SAP localization and legal compliance requirements
Familiarity with SAP Fiori or SuccessFactors modules
