The candidate will serve as the SAP S/4 Functional SME and Business Analyst for the Finance IT division. This role covers SAP modules (MM, PS, EWM, REFX) and involves designing and developing process/system solutions across multiple business domains by collaborating with stakeholders and IT teams. Responsibilities include leading all SAP initiatives, governing SAP architecture/services, managing change requests, issues, and related projects. The candidate will act as a financial technical leader and liaison among business, technical teams, and stakeholders, provide 3rd-level support, and manage Finance IT applications to ensure smooth business operations. Additionally, they will serve as the single point of contact for Finance Division on IT matters.
What are you accountable for?
Handle Change Request and project to deliver within the time frame
Propose and design solution to meet the business needs.
Ensure a fully integrated enterprise system to meet the business needs within the stipulated timeframe
Identify improvements to applications, processes, and business logic to meet user needs
Utilize logical and analytical strengths in SAP ABAP, HANA/AMDP, SOAP/Rest API’s etc
Build effective relationships with the Business/Finance team in order to support change request
Manage the vendor to ensure the vendor’s deliverable are meet the requirement.
What do you need to have for this role?
Strong SAP expertise in MM, PS, EWM, REFX with 5+ years’ experience and SAP S/4HANA.
Deep understanding of MM processes (procure-to-pay, inventory) and integration with PS, PM, FI.
Hands-on SAP implementation experience in design and solution architecture for MM/Logistics Execution, procurement, inventory, valuation, delivery/shipment, and 3rd-party integrations.
Working knowledge of PS module lifecycle (project structure, budgeting, procurement, asset settlement).
Familiarity with SAP ABAP and integrations (SFTP, Webservices, Idocs, EDI, API).
Strong stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and solution review skills.
Preferably telco industry experience (not mandatory).
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with vendors and business users.
