Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP Functional Consultant to support business processes in the logistics and after-sales domain. The role focuses on ensuring end-to-end process consistency, supporting market rollouts, and enabling smooth integration between SAP and adjacent systems.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and global delivery units to design, validate, and deploy scalable solutions across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Process Understanding
  • Support and optimize business processes across the full lifecycle of logistics/after-sales operations (e.g., service, warranty, claims, order flow).
  • Ensure consistent status handling, issue resolution, and process transparency.
• Business Rules & Process Validation
  • Translate business policies and rules into functional SAP requirements.
  • Validate eligibility logic, data consistency, and compliance with defined business constraints.
• Cross-Process & Campaign Integration
  • Understand how different business initiatives (e.g., campaigns, service programs) impact operational processes.
  • Ensure proper functional alignment between process variants.
• Finance & Reconciliation Alignment
  • Ensure consistency between operational processes and finance postings.
  • Support reconciliation logic, data integrity, and alignment between business and finance views.
• Market Rollout & Localization
  • Adapt global templates to local market needs.
  • Participate in rollout activities, including preparation, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Cross-System Process Mapping
  • Collaborate with multiple system owners to ensure clarity of data ownership and process responsibilities.
  • Support integration scenarios from a functional perspective.
• Testing & Business Validation
  • Define and execute functional test scenarios.
  • Support UAT cycles, including test data preparation and validation of business outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience as a Functional Consultant in SAP, preferably in Logistics / After-Sales / Service domains
• Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes and their system representation
• Experience in process rollout and localization across markets
• Experience to prepare Fit/GAP documents and Refine (prepare) requirements for developers
• Good knowledge of integration points between SAP and other enterprise systems
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and test scenarios
• Experience supporting UAT and business validation activities

Nice to Have:

• Experience with system migration or legacy transformation projects
• Exposure to reporting/analytics environments related to operations or after-sales
• Understanding of roles & authorization models from a business perspective
• Experience in global transformation programs or multi-market rollouts
