Job Description

  • SAP R/3 configuration skills in the process area of APO and IBP (> 5 years)
  • System Development Lifecycle and Change Control process understanding
  • Strong knowledge in IBP demand , Supply and Response planning
  • Strong knowledge in SDI integration
  • Strong knowledge in RTI integration
  • Strong knowledge in CIF integration
  • Strong communications skills (written and oral)
  • Project management
  • Prior experience working with US Based business counterparts
  • Experience in conducting remote business requirements sessions
  • Understanding of EDI document types for order processing is desirable but not required
  • Desire to work within structured SDLC process and maintain strict compliance is a must.
  • Experience working in Inventory optimization solution
  • Working experience on SAP IBP Demand, Supply, Inventory Optimization
  • Modifies, maintains, and updates complex IBP and CPI-DS configuration
  • Solid analytical, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills required

Qualifications

Functional Process Knowledge in Demand, Supply and Inventory Optimization

  • Conducts business process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analysis in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.
  • Prioritizes requests and works with IT Delivery group for planning and scheduling of IT resources.
  • Under minimal supervision formulates and defines system scope and objectives to develop or modify information systems. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Competent to work on most phases of application system analysis and design activities. Prepares charts and diagrams to support problem and/or design solution documentation.
  • Capability to mine and analyze business transactional data to identify/quantify business and/or systems issues.
  • Project manager for small to medium projects.
  • Prior experience working with US Based business counterparts
