Sika Hellas is seeking an SAP Formulation Specialist to join the R&D/QC Department at its facilities in Kryoneri, Attica. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in preparing, validating, and maintaining formulations, BOMs, and master data within SAP, ensuring accurate and consistent data management throughout the Go-Live and post-implementation stabilization phases.

  • Create, review, and maintain SAP master data related to formulations, BOMs, raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
  • Support the migration and validation of product formulations and associated data entries within SAP.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment between SAP data, R&D formulations, QC specifications, and Production requirements.
  • Coordinate and execute data-entry activities related to alternative raw materials, packaging configurations, and formulation revisions.
  • Participate in SAP testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during Go-Live and stabilization phases, supporting data governance for accuracy, traceability, and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, QC, Production, Supply Chain, and external SAP support teams, and maintain proper documentation of formulations, specifications, and process changes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP-related workflows and data management processes within the R&D/QC department.
  • Support laboratory testing, formulation updates, technical evaluations, and cross-functional projects on product optimization, raw material evaluation, and process improvement when required.

Qualifications

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in R&D, QC, technical data management, or laboratory operations within the chemical, construction materials, or coatings industries.
  • Experience with ERP/SAP systems, formulation management, or master data handling will be considered an advantage.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling technical data and master data entries.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong organizational and cross-departmental communication abilities.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
