We’re looking for an SAP Finance Solution Architect to join us at Telia.

What you’ll do:

• Set the architecture direction for secure, scalable SAP Finance solutions across SAP FICA, IFRS15, and Standard AR.
• Partner with Finance leaders to define and deliver finance transformation strategies that improve transparency, control, and decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into future-ready solution roadmaps and designs aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Architect end-to-end SAP Finance solutions that enhance scalability, data integrity, financial governance, and reporting accuracy.
• Lead workshops and process assessments to identify optimization opportunities, streamline finance operations, and strengthen SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
• Provide strategic guidance to delivery teams, ensuring high-quality implementation, operational stability, and sustainable production outcomes.
• Drive standardization, SAP best practices, and cross-team collaboration with Solution Architects, Product Owners, functional SAP teams, technical teams, and IT Service Management.

What will help you thrive in this role:

• Extensive SAP Finance architecture expertise, particularly within SAP FICA, IFRS15, and Standard AR.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and translate complex business needs into secure, scalable, and future-ready solution designs.
• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end Finance processes, enterprise architecture principles, solution governance, and system integration concepts across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.
• Demonstrated capability to guide delivery teams, apply agile ways of working such as Scrum or SAFe, and ensure high-quality production outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, colleagues, Solution Architects, Product Owners, SAP functional teams, technical teams, and IT Service Management.
• Structured, proactive, and result-oriented approach, combined with strong problem-solving skills, high motivation, and the ability to lead through complexity.
• Experience in broader Finance and Controlling areas, such as General Ledger Accounting, Asset Accounting, RE-FX/IFRS16, Financial Reporting, or SAP Group Reporting, is considered an advantage
• Fluency in English is required.

Monthly salary range for this position – 5500 – 7500 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
