As a Senior Consultant in SAP S/4HANA Finance, you will drive end-to-end digital finance change across industries and become a trusted advisor to CFOs shaping tomorrow’s Finance strategy. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation projects, with a strong focus on S/4HANA Private and Public Cloud solutions, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes both for local and global clients
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert advice on SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, leveraging AI and automation to enhance financial processes.
• Design, configure, and customize SAP S/4HANA Finance modules to meet client needs, with an emphasis on cloud-based solutions.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams including the adoption of AI-driven finance strategies.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including business process flows, functional specifications, and test plans.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA Finance features, particularly in the Public Cloud and AI domains, and with SAP’s best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Let's talk about you

• Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field complemented with a passion for Finance processes
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Finance, with at least 4 years in SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Public Cloud implementations.
• Must have completed minimum 2 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation projects
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including classical domains like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling but also new domains like Green Ledger, Project Accounting with EBRR, FSCM, Contract and Lease Management, Banking and others.
• Proven experience in leading SAP implementation projects, with a focus on cloud and AI technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Striving for excellence through continuous learning fostering personal growth and value creation for our clients
• SAP S/4HANA Finance certifications in Public and/or Private Cloud are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, Central Finance and AI-driven finance tools is a big plus.
• Experience with S4/HANA Public Cloud implementations.
• Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in English and at least in either Dutch or French
