SAP Finance Lead/Solution Architect - Sydney

We're looking for an experienced SAP Finance Lead to take on a key leadership role within a major transformation programme. This is an opportunity for a senior SAP professional who combines deep finance expertise with the ability to see the bigger picture, working across finance and adjacent business functions to deliver practical, business-focused outcomes. You'll partner closely with stakeholders, provide solution leadership, and help guide complex SAP initiatives from strategy through to delivery.

You will play a lead role in:

• Leading and mentoring a team of SAP consultants across onshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Guiding clients through key finance process and solution design decisions during SAP transformations.
• Designing and delivering SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions aligned to business needs and SAP best practice.
• Managing customer relationships and acting as the go-to person for the finance workstream throughout the project.
• Collaborating with functional, technical and business teams to ensure successful project delivery and quality outcomes.

Your profile:

• 8+ years' experience delivering SAP Finance solutions.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling expertise with at least 2-3 end-to-end implementations.
• Experience leading finance streams, work packages or teams on SAP transformation projects.
• Confident communicator who can build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Additional experience in Group Reporting, Advanced Financial Closing or Document & Reporting Compliance would be highly regarded.

This position is covered by the Professional Employees Award. Remuneration for this role is structured in accordance with this award, with classification level and salary determined based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications. Full statutory entitlements, including the standard Superannuation Guarantee.
