What the role is all about:

• Lead the architecture and delivery of SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
• Design scalable, integrated SAP FI/CO solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements
• Ensure seamless integration across SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) and external systems
• Facilitate strategic customer workshops to define solution roadmaps and transformation goals
• Develop solution blueprints and functional specifications that guide implementation teams
• Oversee testing strategy, cutover planning, and go-live execution
• Support presales activities, including solution design, effort estimation, and client presentations
• Ensure compliance with global and local regulations using SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (SAP DRC)
• Mentor and guide SAP consultants, fostering technical and functional excellence
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex business needs into SAP-enabled solutions

What you should bring to the table:

• 8+ years of SAP FI/CO experience, with a strong focus on  solution architecture and transformation
• Proven leadership in  3+ full-cycle SAP implementations
• Hands-on experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (SAP DRC)
• SAP FI certification is a strong asset
• Ability to  translate business strategy into SAP architecture
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading cross-functional and international teams
• Project management and presales experience is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German (other languages - especially Spanish, French, and Italian - are an advantage)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Informatics, or related field
• Committed to delivering high-quality, future-proof SAP solutions
• Willingness to travel if the job requires it

General Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent
• Fluent in English (German and other languages are an advantage)
• Willingness to travel as required by project engagements
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development
