Key Facts: Product Owner, Leadership, End-to-end solutions, SAP FI/CO, Treasury & Tax, in Uzwil/home office.

Main tasks:

• Lead a global agile team to develop end-to-end solutions for Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Tax, and Travel Management
  
• 
  Ensure continuous value delivery in a SAFe environment using clear OKRs, measurable outcomes, and structured user feedback loops
  
• 
  Collaborate closely with stakeholders to refine requirements and design value-adding solutions
  
• 
  Own, maintain, and prioritize the team backlog
  
• 
  Create user stories with clear acceptance criteria and integrate non-functional requirements
  
• 
  Support key agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt, while ensuring compliance and security requirements
  
• 
  Advise business partners to enable valuable products and services
  
• 
  Ensure a smooth transition between solution development and operations, and manage ongoing interfaces

Your qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field
  
• 
  Experience as a Product Owner in a finance environment with strong SAP FI/CO knowledge and a high affinity for processes and user experience
  
• 
  Proven team or project leadership experience in agile environments (e.g. SAFe, backlog and requirements management, Azure DevOps)
  
• 
  Familiarity with key agile events such as Sprint Planning, PI Planning, and System Demos; relevant certifications (e.g. SAFe POPM, PSPO, CSPO) are an advantage
  
• 
  Strong communication skills in English and German, with the ability to align and mobilize stakeholders without formal authority
