We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Lead to join a dynamic enterprise environment and take ownership of end-to-end SAP Finance and Controlling operations. This role involves leading SAP FICO implementations, enhancements, support activities, and integrations while ensuring alignment with business finance processes and reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will act as a key bridge between finance stakeholders and technical teams, driving solution design, configuration, and optimization of SAP financial systems. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, efficient controlling processes, and stable SAP system performance across business units. This is a leadership role that requires strong functional expertise, hands-on SAP configuration knowledge, and the ability to guide teams in delivering high-quality SAP solutions that support business growth and financial governance.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation, support, and enhancement activities.
• Configure and manage SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities within SAP environments.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, cost controlling, and reconciliation processes.
• Manage system integrations between SAP FICO and other SAP/non-SAP modules.
• Lead solution design discussions and provide functional expertise for SAP FICO architecture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP FICO issues in production environments.
• Guide and mentor team members and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.
• Support testing, deployment, documentation, and post-go-live activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and reporting standards.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO with proven leadership exposure.
• Strong expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) module configuration and support.
• Experience leading SAP FICO projects, enhancements, or production support teams.
• Solid understanding of financial accounting, cost controlling, and business finance processes.
• Ability to translate complex financial requirements into SAP solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience handling critical SAP issues.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Good understanding of SAP integration with other modules.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment with ownership mindset.
