SAP FICO Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead with 8-10+ years of extensive experience in SAP Finance and Controlling modules. The ideal candidate will have successfully led at least three full-cycle S/4 HANA implementations and possess a deep understanding of financial processes, reporting, and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP FICO module implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial processes, business requirements, and deliver innovative SAP FICO solutions.
• Configure General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO) to meet business needs.
• Ensure seamless integration of FICO with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and PP.
• Develop and implement financial reporting structures, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and Cash Flow reports.
• Lead data migration activities related to financial master data and transactional data.
• Conduct functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and prepare documentation for FICO processes.
• Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets while ensuring quality.
• Ensure compliance with local and global financial regulations and internal audit requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 8-10+ years of SAP FICO experience, with at least 3 S/4 HANA full-cycle implementations.
• Strong expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
• Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• SAP certification in FICO is a plus.
