To reinforce our IT team we are looking for a SAP FICO Functional Analyst.

As a SAP FICO Functional Support Analyst, you are the key link between Finance and technology. You contribute to successful ERP deployments, ensure system stability, and align solutions with Finance business needs. By working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you support continuous improvement initiatives and help deliver a reliable, high-performing ERP landscape that enables Finance operations across the organization.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and solve functional ERP issues, following Ontex standards.
  • Deliver a high-quality ERP system that meets Finance requirements and best practices.
  • Ensure smooth ERP deployment and go-live with minimal business disruption.
  • Collaborate effectively with ERP vendor, IT & Data team, Business Process Owners, and end-users.
  • Support the Finance ERP Deployment Lead in executing the project roadmap.
  • Align reporting changes with stakeholders and manage implementation activities.
  • Participate in all deployment phases: design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, go-live, and user training.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA FICO support and/or implementation, preferably in a FMCG or a multi-national environment.
  • A solid understanding of the ERP software, the FICO business processes, and the industry best practices and standards.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • A high level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to the project success.
