About the team/ Offering

Our Managed Services (AMS), Finance Technology, and global IT teams work together to support Planning & Controlling processes, financial planning, forecasting, reporting, profitability analysis, and performance management. The team helps ensure accurate financial insights, stable SAP FICO/CO operations, improved reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement across global finance technology operations.

About the Role

Essential Job Functions:

As a SAP FICO Consultant – Planning & Controlling (P&C), you will provide mid-level support for Planning & Controlling processes within a Managed Services environment. You will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, profitability analysis, period-end closing, financial consolidation, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with finance teams to improve reporting accuracy and support decision-making processes.

• Support Planning & Controlling processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide support for financial reporting and profitability analysis.
• Assist in period-end closing and financial consolidation processes.
• Support performance management and financial planning cycles.
• Collaborate with finance teams to improve reporting accuracy.
• Handle incidents and service requests related to Planning & Controlling processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the AMS environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of SAP FICO / CO experience.
• Strong experience in Planning & Controlling, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience supporting period-end close processes.
• Experience with reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Experience with profitability analysis and financial planning tools.
• Experience in AMS / Managed Services environments.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Other Qualifications:

• Experience with integrated planning solutions is preferred.
• Exposure to S/4HANA Finance is preferred.
• Experience supporting global finance organizations is preferred.
