Job Title: SAP FI/CO Consultant (Permanent Role)

Location: Ayutthaya (Hybrid/On-site depending
on project phase)

Employment Type: Permanent

Experience Required: 6–8 years

A leading
manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant to join their internal SAP team on a
permanent basis. This role will support a major SAP
ECC6 to S/4HANA migration/upgrade program, working closely with business
stakeholders and technical teams across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery
  of SAP FI/CO
  workstreams within an ECC6 to S/4HANA migration/upgrade
• Gather and analyze business
  requirements, then translate them into SAP functional solutions
• Configure SAP modules
  including:
• FI GL, AP, AR, Asset
  Accounting, Bank Accounting
• CO Cost Centre Accounting,
  Internal Orders, Profit Centre Accounting, Product Costing (as
  applicable)
• Lead/execute key project
  activities such as:
• Blueprint workshops &
  solution design
• Configuration &
  functional specifications
• Integration testing, UAT
  support, and cutover preparation
• Data validation and
  migration support
• Coordinate with
  ABAP/development team for enhancements, reports, forms, and interfaces
• Provide post-go-live support,
  issue troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
• Create clear documentation, including functional specs, test scripts, and training materials

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience as an SAP
  FI/CO Consultant
• Strong experience delivering multiple
  full lifecycle SAP implementation projects
• Hands-on exposure to ECC6 to
  S/4HANA migration/upgrade (or strong implementation experience with S/4HANA)
• Good understanding of
  finance/accounting processes and controlling structures
• Strong stakeholder management
  and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a
  manufacturing or industrial environment (preferred)

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP Fiori
• Exposure to SAP Central
  Finance / Group Reporting (advantageous)
• SAP certification in FI/CO or
  S/4HANA Finance (a plus)
