Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement:Facilitate workshops to collect and document business requirements, mapping them to SAP functional processes.
Process Analysis:Perform detailed business process analysis across R2R, P2P, and O2C workstreams
Master Data Management:Lead initiatives related to Vendor and Customer Master Data, ensuring accuracy and consistency within the SAP environment.
Solution Design:Partner with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications and evaluate solution options (ECC or S/4HANA).
Quality Assurance:Manage testing cycles, including the creation of test plans, test scripts, and overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Impact Assessment:Conduct detailed assessments for upstream and downstream Non-SAP systems connected to the SAP ERP.
Required Skills & Experience:
Total Experience:Minimum of 9-12 years of overall IT experience
SAP Expertise:At least 7+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant or Business Analyst.
Domain Knowledge:Deep functional knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules (ECC or S/4HANA) and their integration with other modules.
Client Context:Prior experience as a Business Analyst within Client, specifically on Vendor and Customer Master Data projects, is highly preferred.
Methodologies:Proficiency in Agile delivery and the use of tools like JIRA for requirement tracking.
Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
