Job Description
We are seeking a SAP FI Senior Consultant with functional experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA, specialized in the Financial Accounting (FI) module. The consultant will actively participate in the design, validation, and execution of the SAP template for the United States, which will be replicated across LATAM countries. This role requires deep knowledge of financial processes, fiscal and legal localizations, and experience integrating with electronic invoicing service providers.
Requirement
Must have:
· Minimum 5 years of experience as a SAP FI consultant in ECC and S/4HANA projects.
· Participated in at least two full SAP S/4HANA implementations.
· Deep expertise in the FI module (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Financial Closing).
· Experience in multinational projects with LATAM localizations.
· Experience with electronic invoicing and managing electronic invoicing service providers (PACs), preferably within LATAM fiscal environments.
· Experience integrating with electronic invoicing service providers (Mexico, Brazil, Chile, etc.).
· Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
· Experience with SAP RISE environments (preferred).
· Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
· Experience with Activate methodologies
· Experience with Clean Core
· Experience in using Scope Items
Nice to have:
· University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
· SAP FI certifications and postgraduate studies in related areas
Responsabilities:
· Participate in Discover & Design workshops to define financial processes and functional requirements.
· Validate the SAP FI template design for the U.S. and its applicability in LATAM.
· Configure the FI module in S/4HANA according to best practices and local requirements.
· Document processes, functional decisions, and key configurations.
· Support functional testing and issue resolution.
· Coordinate with local teams to ensure proper template adopts.
· Manage integration with electronic invoicing service providers in LATAM.
