SAP FI Functional Consultant S/4HANA

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI Functional Consultant to join a major SAP S/4HANA transformation program in Bangkok. This is a high-impact role where you will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver SAP Financials solutions that drive process efficiency and digital transformation.

The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP FI and a proven track record in end-to-end implementations, with the ability to manage integration across other SAP modules. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP FI modules in an S/4HANA environment

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend best-practice solutions

• Ensure seamless integration of FI with other SAP modules (MM, HR, PP, PM)

• Drive full lifecycle implementations including blueprinting, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support

• Prepare detailed functional specifications and ensure alignment with business needs

• Engage proactively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver successful project outcomes

• Provide expert guidance on SAP FI capabilities and continuous process improvements

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 810 years of experience in SAP FI, including full-cycle implementations and support projects

• Strong understanding of FI integration points with MM, HR, PP, and PM modules

• Ability to work across multiple projects and manage deliverables within agreed timelines

• Proven ability to translate business processes into SAP system solutions

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team collaboration skills

• Results-oriented, with adaptability, flexibility, and problem-solving mindset
