We are expanding our North American team and seeking an experienced SAP EWM Solution Architect to help drive innovative warehouse transformation an experienced programs across a diverse set of industries.
Location: USADuration - 1 yearTravel: ~50% (NY/CA)

What You’ll Do

  • Architect end-to-end EWM solutions for greenfield, brownfield, and migration projects (e.g., ECC → S/4HANA), ensuring excellence in design, integration, and execution.
  • Lead solution design across inbound, outbound, inventory, labor management, automation, and warehouse optimization scenarios.
  • Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to translate business objectives into integrated EWM architecture.
  • Integrate EWM seamlessly with SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, TM) and third-party systems (WCS, 3PL, automation/robotics).
  • Advise on best practices and guide customers in adopting future proof and SAP aligned processes.
  • Evaluate customizations and provide recommendations on configuration vs. development.
  • Partner with project management to support scoping, resource planning, risk mitigation, and delivery quality.
  • Drive cutover readiness and go live success, including test strategy, deployment, and hypercare support.
  • Provide thought leadership on EWM innovations—automation, robotics, IoT, and AI within warehouse operations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the full project lifecycle.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience, including multiple full lifecycle implementations across varied industries.
  • EWM expertise across both manufacturing and distribution environments, with hands‑on experience integrating automation technologies (WCS, robotics, conveyors, AGVs, etc.)—a strong advantage for this role.
  • Deep expertise in EWM functionality such as PPF, ERP integration, TM/TU, PP/QM/MM, POSC, WOCR, and Wave Management.
  • Proven ability to architect and deliver robust EWM solutions in both S/4HANA and ECC landscapes.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and logistics optimization.
  • Excellent client facing communication skills and the confidence to lead workshops and drive decision-making.
  • Experience with automation, robotics, and digital warehousing is highly valued.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 50–80% based on project needs.
