Requirements

We are seeking candidates with 3 to 7 years of experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) for a dynamic role focused on implementing and configuring SAP solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience with S/4HANA and be able to map business processes to SAP while working with both small and large teams.

Key Requirements:

• 
  Experience:
  3 to 7 years in SAP EWM
• 
  S/4HANA Knowledge:
  Familiarity with embedded EWM in S/4HANA is highly beneficial.
• 
  EWM Organization Structure & Master Data:
  Hands-on experience with configuring organization structure and managing master data, including product master, SCU, and business partners.
• 
  ERP to EWM Integration:
  Expertise in integrating ERP with EWM, including inbound (goods receipt, put away) and outbound (pick, pack, goods issue) processes in distributed environments.
• 
  Warehouse Operations:
  Experience in internal warehouse movements (replenishment, rearrangement), physical inventory, and warehouse monitoring.
• 
  Post Processing Framework & Output Management:
  Knowledge of forms, printing, and post-processing workflows.
• 
  SAP Module Integration:
  Experience with integration between SAP EWM and other modules like PP, MM, Ariba, etc.
• 
  Wave Management & Cross Docking:
  Familiarity with advanced EWM features like wave management, cross docking, kitting, and value-added services (VAS) is a plus.
• 
  Fiori Apps:
  Knowledge of Fiori applications is recommended.
• 
  Project Implementation:
  Must have worked on at least one full-cycle SAP EWM implementation project.
• 
  Business Process Mapping:
  Ability to lead Blueprint Workshops and map business processes to SAP.
• 
  Industry Experience:
  Relevant experience across industries is required.
• 
  Communication Skills:
  Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for client and team interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Identify and analyze current ("as-is") business processes and develop future ("to-be") processes.
• 
  Map business processes to SAP EWM and configure necessary scenarios in relevant SAP modules.
• 
  Develop and document functional specifications and configuration documents.
• 
  Collaborate with small and large teams to deliver high-quality deliverables.
• 
  Conduct workshops and training sessions for team members and clients.
• 
  Communicate project progress, challenges, and results effectively with the Project Manager, team members, and clients.
• 
  Present and clearly discuss project outcomes and deliverables.
