Job Description

Job Identification:

CCI is looking for an SAP Enterprise Application Engineer (SD) who will lead and own system design, development, configuration, change requests, and rollouts in line with CCI’s current and future business requirements.
In this role, hands-on expertise in SAP SD business process configuration and development is essential. Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are critical for success.

What We Expect:

  • Evaluate business needs and create requirement specifications based on SAP SD process architecture, solution design, and detailed business process analysis.
  • Design and configure SAP SD processes for CCI’s current and future requirements, including legal and statutory changes where applicable.
  • Analyze recurring issues, identify root causes, and drive issue resolution through structured problem-solving.
  • Coordinate with vendor and support teams to ensure service quality, efficient ticket escalation, and issue closure.
  • Effectively manage, monitor, and control the end-to-end solution delivery process.
  • Lead technical and business discussions related to future architecture and process improvement initiatives.
  • Propose technical designs and scalable solutions within the SAP SD domain.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
  • SAP Certification in Sales and Distribution is preferred.
  • 4 to 6 years of hands-on technical experience in SAP SD, with deep domain expertise in order-to-cash processes, pricing, billing, shipping, and sales operations.
  • At least 3 end-to-end SAP project implementation experiences.
  • Strong SAP cross-module integration experience, especially with MM, FI, and logistics-related processes.
  • Experience in debugging, testing, and collaborating on technical developments such as user exits, enhancements, and IDoc processing.
  • Creative and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Practical Experience in TM-EWM integration and aATP module will be a plus point.
