  1. SAP Plant coordinator. Lead and organize the preparation of central roll-out project, including current state analysis, to-be processes design and gaps realization.
  2. Lead or support the cross-functional business process continuous improvement based on SAP functional setup.
  3. Provide the consultancy and support to the implementation of SAP relevant systems.
  4. Support the local digital solutions development and the technical interface to SAP according to the business requirements.
  5. Coordination of SAP users account and authorization management in plant.
  6. Provide Consulting services to IT system/application owners regarding IT system security.
  7. Management and enabling of SAP key users.
  8. IT costs monitoring.
  9. Any other assigned tasks by supervisor.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree or above, major courses include internal control, information engineering, information security and other related subjects;
  2. 3-5 years working experience in SAP PP or WM areas (either roll-out or daily maintenance);
  3. Working experience in manufacturing or logistics areas.
  4. Familiar with business process (production or logistics);
  5. Structured thinking;
  6. Good problem analysis and solving skill;
  7. Project management experience;
  8. Familiar with M365 office (e.g. PBI, Power Apps).
  9. Have certain experiences of SQL, VBA, excel macro or Python.
  10. Good written and spoken English
