SAP Employee Central Payroll SME (Consultant)

We are looking for an experienced SAP Employee Central Payroll SME to join our team in Amsterdam. This role requires a strong functional and technical understanding of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, with a focus on Netherlands Payroll (NL Payroll)

You will play a critical role in ensuring payroll accuracy, resolving complex payroll issues, and supporting ongoing payroll operations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Investigate and resolve payroll issues, including tax-related discrepancies
• 
  Perform end-to-end NL payroll configuration
• 
  Handle PCR and Schema changes
• 
  Manage wage type concepts and payroll processing
• 
  Analyze and resolve point-to-point replication errors
• 
  Support inbound and outbound payroll interfaces
• 
  Perform HRSP impact analysis and testing
• 
  Handle year-end payroll activities
• 
  Resolve arrears and tax-related issues
• 
  Support and troubleshoot Payroll Control Center issues
• 
  Create and manage LSMW objects where required

Must-Have Skills

• 
  Strong experience in SAP HCM (PA, OM, TM) and Payroll (NL Payroll)
• 
  Hands-on expertise in:
  • 
    Payroll configuration (end-to-end)
  • 
    PCR & Schema modifications
  • 
    Wage type configuration
  • 
    Payroll taxes (Netherlands)
• 
  Experience in:
  • 
    Payroll issue investigation and resolution
  • 
    HRSP implementation & testing
  • 
    Payroll interfaces and replication processes

Good-to-Have Skills

• 
  Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• 
  Exposure to:
  • Employee Central (EC)
  • P2P integrations

Experience Required

• 5–10+ years of relevant SAP Payroll experience
• 
  Strong expertise in Netherlands Payroll (NL Payroll) is mandatory
