SAP Employee Central Payroll SME (Consultant)
Amsterdam, Netherlands | Start Date: May 15, 2026 | Contract: 6 Months

We are looking for an experienced SAP Employee Central Payroll SME to join our team in the Netherlands. If you have deep expertise in SAP payroll and enjoy solving complex payroll challenges, this opportunity is for you!

As a Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) processes, with a strong focus on Netherlands payroll (NL Payroll) You will play a key role in ensuring accurate payroll processing, issue resolution, and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end NL Payroll configuration
• Perform PCR and schema changes
• Manage wage type configurations and payroll structures
• Analyze and resolve payroll issues, including tax-related problems
• Investigate point-to-point replication errors and interface issues
• Support HRSP impact analysis, testing, and year-end payroll activities
• Work on arrears processing and payroll control center issues
• Develop and support LSMW objects and data migration tasks
• Ensure smooth functioning of inbound and outbound payroll interfaces

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Payroll / SAP HCM
• Strong expertise in:
  • SAP HCM (PA, OM, TM)
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
  • Netherlands Payroll (NL Payroll)
• Hands-on experience with:
  • PCR & Schema configuration
  • Wage type concepts
  • Payroll interfaces and replication
  • Tax calculations and compliance

Good to Have

• Experience with Employee Central (EC) Payroll integrations
• Knowledge of P2P integrations
• Familiarity with Payroll Control Center
• Exposure to SuccessFactors modules (PA, OM, TM)
