We are seeking an experienced SAP Employee Central Payroll SME to support payroll operations, configuration, issue resolution, and integration activities within a Netherlands payroll environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, with hands-on experience in payroll configuration, tax management, and payroll process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve payroll-related issues.
- Analyze and fix tax-related payroll discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot point-to-point replication errors.
- Manage arrears and payroll calculation issues.
- Perform HRSP impact analysis, testing, and year-end payroll activities.
- Support Payroll Control Center operations and issue resolution.
- Configure and maintain payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types.
- Develop and support LSMW objects where required.
- Ensure successful integration between SAP systems and Employee Central Payroll.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Employee Central Payroll integrations.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience in Personal Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management (TM).
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience supporting complex payroll environments in the Netherlands.
