This is a Sydney-based hybrid opportunity for an SAP ECC ABAP Consultant who wants to do meaningful hands-on work in a high-performing Operate team and grow a long-term SAP career with Deloitte.
What will your typical day look like?
In this role, you'll support and enhance SAP ECC environments for large enterprise clients, with a strong focus on stability, performance and continuous improvement. That could mean resolving complex production issues, developing ABAP reports and interfaces, or delivering minor enhancements that keep critical business processes running smoothly.
Working closely with functional consultants and client stakeholders, you'll translate business issues into practical technical solutions. Your work will help clients get more value from the SAP platforms at the centre of their operations, with fixes and improvements that are reliable, scalable and built to last.
Variety comes from the mix of support, development and optimisation work across different modules and client environments. You'll also contribute to code reviews, testing, documentation, release activities and knowledge sharing, while building exposure to newer SAP capabilities over time.

Deloitte's SAP Operate team helps clients run, support and continuously improve the SAP platforms at the heart of their business. You'll join a high-performing managed services practice with deep SAP capability across Australia and strong links to regional and global delivery, working on complex enterprise environments where responsiveness, technical quality and long-term client value really matter.
