For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

  • 4+ years of experience as a SAP DRC Consultant
  • Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its integration with SAP Finance modules (FI/CO), ensuring compliance processes align with core financial operations such as AR, AP, and Billing.
  • Proven ability to gather and analyse business, tax, and compliance requirements, translating them into SAP DRC solution designs that follow SAP best practices.
  • Ability to lead Fit-Gap workshops, conduct solution testing and defect resolution, and provide go-live support within SAP Activate or Agile delivery frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, Tax, Legal, and IT teams to define and deliver compliant solutions.
  • Capacity to bridge technical SAP capabilities with tax and finance business requirements, combining analytical problem-solving with clear communication to guide client-facing DRC work streams.
  • Fluency in English (C1 Level)
  • Availability for hybrid model, 1x/week, in Braga, Coimbra or Lisbon offices (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit).
