About the Role: We are currently recruiting for a highly experienced and strategic SAP Director to lead and oversee the SAP implementation and optimization for clients in Thailand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving SAP transformation projects, providing expert guidance, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of SAP solutions. You will collaborate with senior leadership and clients to understand business requirements and deliver innovative SAP strategies that enhance operational efficiency.
As an SAP Director, you will be tasked with leading complex SAP projects across various industries, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful deployment of SAP solutions that meet client goals. You will also act as a mentor to the team, promoting growth, innovation, and best practices in SAP methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP solutions, from design to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Oversee SAP project teams, providing leadership and direction to ensure the successful execution of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
Manage and enhance client relationships, working closely with key stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop tailored SAP solutions.
Provide strategic advice and insights to senior leadership and clients on SAP best practices, trends, and industry standards.
Drive SAP innovation, continuously seeking opportunities to improve system performance and operational efficiency.
Mentor and coach a team of SAP professionals, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and high performance.
Ensure compliance with SAP governance, security, and data management standards.
Manage risk and resolve issues related to SAP project delivery.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP with a proven track record of successful SAP project delivery in senior roles.
Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor large teams of SAP professionals.
In-depth knowledge of SAP modules (such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, etc.) and SAP methodologies.
Excellent client management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
Proven expertise in project management, including the ability to manage complex projects across multiple industries.
A deep understanding of business processes and how SAP solutions can be used to drive business transformation.
SAP certifications (such as SAP S/4HANA or other relevant certifications) are preferred.
Strong command of English and Thai, both spoken and written.
