Requirements

• 
  3-5 years in SAP Procurement, Supply Chain, or Process Excellence, specifically within
  Healthcare, Pharma, or Clinics
  .
• 
  Strong understanding of P2P processes and controls.
• 
  Expert proficiency in
  Signavio
  for process visualisation and documentation.
• 
  Ability to uncover how processes
  actually
  work, not just how they are documented.
• 
  Experience with
  Lean Six Sigma
  or
  Kaizen
  methodologies is a strong plus.
• 
  Understanding of healthcare/clinic environments and ability to design inventory processes that fit that reality.
• 
  Understanding of
  SAP MM/IM logic
  and ability to apply it pragmatically to a non-technical user base.
• 
  Experience with
  SAP S/4HANA
  and SAP integration tools.
• 
  Ability to work across functions and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• 
  Proven ability to independently drive and deliver process improvement initiatives
