SAP Delivery Manager & Presales Director – LATAM Region

Location: Mexico City or Guadalajara

We are seeking a senior SAP Delivery Manager & Presales Director to lead large‑scale consulting and technology delivery across Latin America while driving presales strategy, solution design, and commercial support. This role blends delivery leadership, client engagement, and regional team development, working closely with customers, sales teams, and global stakeholders.

You will manage end‑to‑end delivery of multiple projects, oversee governance activities, ensure quality and client satisfaction, and support business development through presales excellence. This includes requirement discovery, solution definition, estimates, proposals, and executive presentations. You will also contribute to shaping delivery standards, mentoring teams, and expanding client relationships across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery of consulting and implementation engagements across LATAM, including governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Work closely with Sales team on presales activities: understand client needs, design solutions, help draft proposals and estimates, and present value propositions.
• Partner with sales and global leaders to align delivery capabilities with commercial strategy.
• Mentor consulting teams and promote a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Build strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand engagement and support long‑term success.
• Contribute to delivery frameworks, methodologies, and operational enhancements.

Role Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering complex consulting or technology projects, ideally across multiple countries or regions.
• Strong presales background, with the ability to design solutions and influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven leadership in managing teams and large-scale engagements.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work across cultures and collaborate with global teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years in consulting, delivery, or leadership roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; willing to travel regionally and internationally.
