SAP Data Management Analyst

  • Location: Lisbon, Portugal
  • Working hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

As our new SAP Data Management Analyst, you will be part of our Shared Delivery Operations (SDO) team and play an important role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and governance of Business Partner master data. You will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and data management teams to maintain high-quality data standards and support business operations. This is a great opportunity to grow your expertise in SAP Master Data Management within an international organization.

What your day will look like

In this role, you will typically focus on:

  • Executing the creation, update, extension, and deactivation of Business Partner master data records in line with established procedures and data standards.
  • Managing data requests, maintenance activities, and resolving data-related issues while ensuring compliance with agreed service levels.
  • Monitoring data quality, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting data cleansing and enrichment initiatives.
  • Preparing and maintaining data quality reports to support governance standards and business decision-making.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure adherence to master data policies and promote a customer-focused approach.
  • Supporting SAP and MDM-related projects, including system upgrades, data migrations, and integration initiatives involving Business Partner data.


What you'll bring

  • Experience working with Master Data Management processes, preferably within a Business Partner data domain.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality principles, and master data standards.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems and MDM tools, preferably SAP MDG.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Information Systems, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from €20,175 to €33,625 corresponding to the level of the position, expected experience and responsibilities.


Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area, and relevant market benchmarks.
