What Drives Success

Location: Richardson, TX (This position is 100% onsite at our headquarters in Richardson, TX, requiring attendance in-office 5 days a week, Monday-Friday)

As a SAP CX Functional Lead you will play a key role in the design and implementation of solutions that transform the customer experience. You will work closely with business and technical teams to identify needs, define system requirements, and ensure successful implementation of  SAP Commerce Cloud solutions. 

  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of solutions within SAP Commerce Cloud that support B2B eCommerce processes.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define solutions for B2B customer/account management, product catalogs, pricing and promotions, quotes, carts and checkout, order management, and customer-specific purchasing processes.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, and solution designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify process gaps, priorities, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with technical teams and solution architects to communicate business and functional requirements and ensure solutions align with business needs.
  • Lead testing and UAT, including test planning, requirements validation, defect triage, and business sign-off.
  • Define integration requirements between SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP ERP, partnering with technical teams to support integration solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve B2B commerce processes and capabilities through process and solution enhancements.
  • Manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience with SAP Commerce / SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).
  • Experience leading the business and functional delivery of SAP Commerce implementations or major enhancements, from requirements through testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and eCommerce processes, including customer/account management, product/catalog management, pricing and promotions, quotes, order management, and checkout.
  • Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud / SAP Commerce (Hybris) and related SAP CX solutions, with an understanding of how Commerce supports customer experience and B2B business processes.
  • Experience gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and solution designs.
  • Experience defining integration requirements between SAP Commerce and SAP S/4HANA/SAP ERP and partnering with technical teams on integration solutions.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and solution delivery skills.

What We Offer

Compensation This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $126,000 - $164,850 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
