About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced
SAP CRM Developer (Senior)
to join a large-scale enterprise project based in Cape Town. This role requires a highly skilled SAP development professional with strong SAP CRM expertise, extensive ABAP Object-Oriented Programming experience, and a solid understanding of software architecture and solution design.

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP CRM solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, functional consultants, architects, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• 
  Design, develop, and enhance SAP CRM applications and functionality.
• 
  Perform SAP development using ABAP Object-Oriented methodologies.
• 
  Develop custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflows, forms, and integrations.
• 
  Identify configuration, reporting, interface, output management, security, and role requirements.
• 
  Conduct unit testing, system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging activities.
• 
  Support SAP module implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
• 
  Ensure solutions align with approved architecture, governance, and development standards.
• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• 
  Provide technical guidance and support throughout project delivery and post-implementation activities.
• 
  Produce and maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer processes.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

• 
  SAP Developer Certification (Mandatory).
• 
  Proof of SAP Developer Certification must accompany the application.

Experience

• 
  Minimum 10 years' SAP Development experience.
• 
  Extensive experience in SAP software architecture and solution design.
• 
  Strong ABAP Object-Oriented Programming experience.
• 
  Proven experience delivering SAP development solutions within large enterprise environments.

Preferred Experience

• 
  8–10+ years of SAP CRM development experience.
• 
  Experience on large-scale SAP implementation, enhancement, or support projects.
• 
  SAP CRM functional and technical knowledge.
• 
  Experience within Local Government environments.
• 
  Knowledge and practical experience with EPIC systems.
