Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a highly motivated and experienced SAP Mid-Senior Consultant specializing in Asset Management, Plant Maintenance (PM) and Field Service Management (FSM) to join a landmark SAP Implementation project at one of Greece's largest Energy Network Transmission companies

This is engagement offering exceptional exposure to critical national infrastructure, enterprise-scale SAP delivery, and a high-performing consulting team. You will be embedded in a large-scale SAP implementation program, contributing to the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP PM/AM and FSM solutions that support the client's core asset and maintenance operations across their national transmission network

Your responsibilities will entail:

  • Implement and Support SAP Projects/ Solutions;
  • Gather and analyze requirements for SAP projects/solutions;
  • Design and configure SAP solutions to meet business needs;
  • Prepare functional and technical specifications for implementation;
  • Conduct UAT and integration testing to validate system functionality;
  • Train users and develop user manuals for effective solution adoption;
  • Migrate data and ensure accuracy during transitions;
  • Support go-live activities;
  • Communicate and collaborate daily with clients and colleagues to deliver optimal solutions and improve processes;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
  • 3+ years of hands-on SAP experience in the following modules and only
    • SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) – functional location structures, equipment master, maintenance orders, notifications
    • SAP AM (Asset Management / Enterprise Asset Management)
    • SAP FSM (Field Service Management) – scheduling, dispatching, mobile workforce
  • Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations (Blueprint/Fit-Gap, Realization, Go-Live, Hypercare);
  • Strong command of SAP S/4HANA (EAM module familiarity a strong plus);
  • Ability to write and review Functional Specifications (FS) and Business Process Documents (BPD);
  • Experience with integration touchpoints to MM, FI/CO, PP, and/or CS modules;
  • Familiarity with work order management, preventive/corrective maintenance planning, and MRO processes;
  • Knowledge of data migration activities (LSMW, BAPI, or S/4HANA Migration Cockpit) is a plus;
  • Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) facilitation and test script preparation;
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate complex business requirements into SAP solutions;
  • Excellent communication skills – able to present and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
  • Stakeholder management capability, comfortable working directly with client department heads and operations teams;
  • Team player mentality within a multi-workstream delivery environment;
  • High degree of autonomy and ownership – able to drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision;
  • Structured documentation discipline – meticulous about deliverable quality;
  • Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
